The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that the petitioners, who are cultivators could not state the correct facts while giving instruction to the learned advocate at the time of drafting of the writ petition.
He submits that due to communication gap certain inadvertent mistakes crept in the writ petition. He, therefore, prays for leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file afresh. Heard Mr. Bandopadhyay, learned advocate for the State, on such submission. In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioners, WPA 33 of 2026 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file afresh with correct facts. There will be no order as to costs.
