The learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent strongly objected for the said prayer on the ground that the petitioners were absconding and then absconding charge sheet has been laid. In case if the Non-Bailable Warrant is recalled, they will not cooperate for the trial and the recovery would become difficult. 3.
