Learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, submits that since the Goods Services Tax (GST) Appellate Forum portal has been opened in terms of order passed in this case on 30.01.2024, the application has been moved for allowing the petitioner to file an appeal before the GST Appellate Tribunal. 2. Granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the GST Appellate Tribunal, the writ petition shall stand closed.
