After arguing for a while, when learned counsel for the petitioners was confronted with the question of maintainability of the petition, as the instant petition involves disputed questions of fact, he submitted that he would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No. 3, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Sunderbani, to consider the representation stated to have been filed by the petitioners, which is placed on record, within some reasonable period. 2. On the asking of the Court, learned counsel appears on behalf of the official respondents and submitted that the official respondents have no objection to such a course. 3. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, this petition is disposed of at the threshold, as an innocuous prayer has been made, by directing respondent No. 3, Additional Deputy Commissioner, P a g e | 2 Sunderbani, to consider the representation stated to have been filed by the petitioners within a period of four weeks, strictly in accordance with the rules and as per law, from the date a copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition and annexures are made available to the said respondent by the petitioners. 4.
