The offences alleged are under Sections 465, 467, 468, 420 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC'). 3. Petitioner is present, so also the complainant/ second respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner and the second respondent jointly submit that the dispute relating to the sale transaction in respect of immovable property is settled in terms of the decree passed in O.S. No.6678/2023 before the Additional City Civil Court at Bangalore, CCH 14. 4. The Court has perused the Compromise Petition filed before the Trial Court as well as the decree passed by the Trial Court. The sale deed in favour of the petitioner is cancelled. Since the dispute was relating to the execution of the sale deed, the Court is of the view that there is no justification directing the trial for the offence alleged.
