The petitioner is an accused in connection with Markacho P.S. Case No. 57 of 2025. It has been alleged that the informant had extended an amount of Rs.18,35,000/- to the petitioner for purchase of land towards part consideration amount. Neither the land was transferred nor the amount refunded. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegation reveals a civil dispute and the informant can very well approach the competent forum for redressal of his grievance. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2026. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the allegations made which does indicate a civil dispute, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Koderma in connection with Markacho P.S.
