This revisional application is directed against an order dated November 04, 2025 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court-I, Barasat, North 24-Parganas in Misc. Appeal No. 155 of 2025 whereby the petitioners have been directed not to evict the opposite party from the suit property till November 18, 2025. The said interim order of stay has been extended from time to time. 2. Since the appeal is at the interim stage and the learned Appellate Court has passed the interim order upon arriving at a prima facie conclusion on the basis of documents annexed to the appeal, at this stage, it will not be proper for this Court to intervene. 3. The learned Appeal Court is requested to dispose of Misc. Appeal No. 155 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed 2 without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 4. It is made clear that the petitioners shall be at liberty to file written objection if any in the meantime. 5. C.O. 901 of 2026 stands disposed of wit the above observations. There shall be no order as to costs. 6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
