Though the affidavit of service has not been filed, the matter is taken upon in presence of Mr. Singh, learned Advocate appearing for the Bank. 2. The writ petition, as filed, is premature as the candidature of the petitioner is still being considered, in view of the fact that the biometrics of the petitioner is not found to be an exact match. 3. The respondent Bank has taken steps to ascertain genuinity of the left thumb impression of the petitioner, which has been placed on record. 4. The candidature of the petitioner has not been rejected and the respondent Bank has taken steps to ascertain the petitioner’s identity. 5. The petitioner is aggrieved that the process of ascertaining the identity has been kept pending for a 2 rather long period of time. 6. In view thereof, the Bank Authorities are directed to complete the process within a reasonable time preferably within a period of twelve weeks from date. 7. With the afore-stated direction, the writ petition is disposed of. 8. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 9.
