This application has been filed praying for modification of the title page of the connected Criminal Petition No.446/2026. 3. In the title page of the said petition, the name of the petitioner Nur Alom has been shown but his father’s name as well as address has wrongly been reflected. According to the applicant, it should be S/o. Bahar Ali, R/o. Katarihara, P.S. Lakhipur, District- Goalpara, Assam. 4. Accordingly, the errors stand corrected. 5. This order shall form a part of the order dated 26.03.2026 passed by this Court in the connected Criminal Petition No.446/2026. 6. The applicant/petitioner Nur Alom is allowed 7(seven) more days from today to appear before the trial court as directed earlier in the order dated 26.03.2026.
