Petitioner has challenged only consequential order, i.e., a citation of recovery dated 26.09.2025 without making any challenge to notice dated 22.10.2024 addressed to petitioner alongwith calculation of recovery determined by the Office of Accountant General, U.P. at Allahabad that petitioner who admittedly has taken a loan of Rs. 40,000/- has not been repaid though learned counsel for petitioner has made a statement that it was repaid. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner further submits that an opportunity be granted to petitioner to submit a representation before concerned respondent and in case he is able to show that calculation is not correct and loan amount was already paid concerned respondent will look into the matter. 4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
