The only ground for transfer is that she has to discharge her duties as a mother of a seven year old girl child who is studying in first grade at the School in Barrackpore. 3. Transfer is not a matter of right and rather an incidence of service. 4. She has made a representation for reconsideration of the order of her transfer. 5. Since such representation has not yet been considered, I direct the respondent no.5 to dispose of the representation within a period of two weeks from date. The resultant order will be 2 communicated to the petitioner within three days thereafter. 6. I make it clear that the consideration of the representation shall not be construed to grant any equity or right in favour of the petitioner. 7. The writ petition is disposed of. 8.
