Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that during pendency of this application, one narazi petition was filed by the de-facto complainant. Learned Magistrate by an order dated 21st August, 2026 disposed of the narazi petition by taking cognizance under Sections 341/325/326/307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Petitioners now intend to challenge the said order and do not want to press this application any further. Accordingly, CRR 4991 of 2025 is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order dated 21st August, 2026. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
