Taking note of the limited submissions so made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without delving into the merits of the matter, District Collector, Jhunjhunu - respondent No.5 is directed to consider and decide the representations dated 30.12.2025 and 02.02.2026 submitted by the petitioner by passing a speaking and reasoned order within a period of two weeks from today, i.e. 18.03.2026, strictly in accordance with law after granting the petitioner an opportunity of hearing. 3. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. 4. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of. 5.
