The Writ Petitions have been filed for the following reliefs:- 10.1 That, Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call of the entire record pertaining to the issuance of impugned Reorganization Scheme 2019/notification dated 13.10.2020. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to strike down the Scheme of Reorganization of Societies (in short the impugned scheme) issued vide notification no. F 15-35/15-02/2019/23/40 dated 13/10/2020 (Annexure P/1). 3 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the order no.1722 dated 09.11.2020 (Annexure P/2) passed by the respondent No. 3 Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Raigarh. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to enough to direct the respondent not to reorganize the petitioner without grant of proper opportunity of hearing and without strictly following the parameters of reorganization and the elected board of the petitioner may be permitted to continue till the completion of its statutory tenure of 5 years. 10.5 Any other relief may be granted by this Hon'ble Court as it deems fit under the present circumstances. 2.
