Mukherjee, learned Senior advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that as per the objection raised by the learned counsel for the respondents that the impugned order is an appealable order and accordingly after going to the record he finds that the impugned order dated March 28, 2025 is an appealable order and as such he intends to withdraw the present writ application with the liberty to file an appeal before the appropriate forum. 2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, WPA 14276 of 2024 (Nilesh Parekh @ Nillesh Parrekh vs. Union of India & Anr.) is dismissed as withdrawn. 3. Liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appropriate forum. 2 4. It further made clear that if the petitioner intend to take the benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act the appellate authority shall consider the same while admitting the appeal, if any, preferred by the petitioner.
