From the above, it is evident that the petitioner has sought for submission of revised proposal pursuant to the proceedings No.EO5/3/ 10538747/ADK dated 29.08.2025 of the first respondent. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for a consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner placed before this Court a copy of the letter Na.Ka.No.D2/2901/2025 dated 15.06.2026, whereby the revised proposal has been submitted by the second respondent to the first respondent. 5.Mr.P.Gunashekaran, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submits that the revised proposal dated 15.06.2026 submitted by the second respondent would be considered by the first respondent within weeks time. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the revised proposal dated 15.06.2026, submitted by second respondent, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
