This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode). 2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State. Perused the records. 3. This is an application under Section 482 of B.N.S.S filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail, involving offence punishable under Sections 3(5), 305(e) of BNS, 2023 read with Section 51 of OMMC Rules, 2016 in G.R Case No.190 of 2026 of the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Khurda arising out of Khurda Sadar P.S Case No.68 of 2026. 4. It is stated by learned counsel for the Petitioners that the Section 35 (3) of the BNSS has already been complied with.
