Learned vice counsel appearing for the petitioner highlights that consequent action, viz. issuance of pay fixation order and release of salary/admissible arrears to the petitioner in terms of office order dated 07.01.2026, has not been taken by the respondents.

Learned Additional Advocate General, on the basis of instructions imparted to him, submits that consequent re-fixation of petitioner’s pay as also the release of admissible arrears to him, if any, shall be carried out within three weeks from today.
In view of above, the present execution petition is disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law for the redressal of his surviving grievances at an appropriate stage, in case need so arises in future.
