Case No.111/2025 under Sections 109(2)/118(2)/309(6)/3(5) of the BNS Act. 3. The petitioner was granted interim bail on 09.01.2026. 4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in the meantime, investigation was completed resulting in a charge- sheet vide charge-sheet no.107/2025 dated 24.12.2025. 5. Accordingly, the order of pre-arrest bail dated 09.01.2026 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions : i) That the petitioner shall be available for trial ; ii) That the petitioner shall not hamper or tamper with the evidence; 6.
