Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that, despite their best efforts, they could not contact the parties. Although notice was taken out, the same was returned with the endorsement, "No such person at the address." Further, the proceedings before the Mediation Centre could not be taken up due to the non-appearance of the parties. 3. In the circumstances, the appeal is dismissed, with liberty to the appellant to file an appropriate application, if permissible under law. There shall be no order as to costs.
