Co- operative Societies Act, 1964 and Rules framed thereunder and not paying the subsisting allowance as per the said resolution, as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and violation of the Principles of Natural Justice, violative of Fundamental Rights guaranteed under Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India consequently set aside the proceedings dated 20.06.2025 in Rc.No.207/2023B of Respondent No.3 and the ResolutionNo.l, dated 01.09.2025 issued by the Respondent No.4 and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to suspend the proceedings of Rc.No.2075/2023-B, dated 20.06.2025 issued by 3rd Respondent and consequent resolution passed by 4th respondent vide Resolution No.l, dated 01.09.2025, pending disposal of the above Writ Petition and pass IA NO: 2 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the Respondent No.4 to pay arrears of the petitioner’s salary and subsisting allowances from 01.09.2025, as per its
