Affidavit of service filed on behalf of petitioner is taken on record. 2. Matter is taken up for consideration in presence of learned advocates representing petitioner and State respondents. 3. In the writ petition propriety of FIR No. 616 of 2026 dated 14th August, 2026 registered at Kaliganj Police Station is questioned. However, it is submitted by learned advocate representing petitioner that petitioner has obtained pre-arrest bail in connection with aforesaid FIR. In addition thereto, prayer is made on behalf of petitioner to direct the concerned police authorities to intimate other FIRs, if any, pending against petitioner as on date. 4. Mr. Rajdeep Mazumder, learned Additional Advocate General representing State 2 respondents on instruction submits that apart from aforesaid FIR no other FIRs are lodged as on date against the petitioner. 5. In view of such submission made on behalf of State respondents no further order need be passed thereby directing concerned police authorities to inform particulars of other FIRs pending against petitioner. 6. Writ petition stands disposed of but issue raised in this writ petition relating to validity and legality of aforesaid FIR is kept open. 7.
