The petitioner is stated to be working on an outsource basis under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) Programme. Learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 upon instructions, submits that Annexure-A is being withdrawn and a memo to that effect is filed. Further, it is submitted that the petitioner may continue to work at the place of posting shown at serial No.10 of Annexure-M. 4. In light of the memo filed, reserving liberty to the respondents to take action as regards any lapse if any as referred to at Annexure-A, and in light of the withdrawal of Annexure-A, the writ petition is disposed of as not calling for adjudication while taking note of stand of the respondents No.2 and 3. 5.
