The petitioner, above-named, who is in custody since 28.08.2025 in connection with Ghatshila (Moubhandar) P.S. Case No. 60 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340, 115(2), 111(3) , 351(2), 352, 3(5) of BNS, 2023 has prayed for regular bail. As per the prosecution case, altogether seven accused persons including the petitioner cheated money from the unemployed boys and girls on a false promise of getting them employed. In this way, the informant gave Rs.24,000/- to M/s Maa Ganga Enterprises. Further, on false promise of getting employment, a number of unemployed youths were defrauded. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that no offence under forgery is made out. Further, there is no allegation of assault against him. The co-accused person has been enlarged on anticipatory bail by the learned Court below in A.B.P. No.284 of 2025. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. Under the circumstances, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty- Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
