1. The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 198/2022 of Police Station Crime Branch for offence under Section 21 of the NDPS Act.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with the request that trial court may be directed to conclude the trial expeditiously and preferably within six months. Learned counsel for accused/applicant submits that he shall give his consent to the public prosecutor for dropping the witnesses where the fact concerning those witnesses stands proved by some other witness already examined.
