Sivaraj, as Petitioners 1 to 4 in W.P. No. 29813 of 2011. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. It is submitted that the sole petitioner, M. Sivaraj, passed away on 23.11.2025, leaving behind the applicants herein as his only legal heirs to pursue the writ petition. 3.For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is of the view that the right to sue survives. Accordingly, the Sub- Application is allowed. 4.The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments to the cause title in W.P.
