The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents in not awarding weightage marks to the Petitioner for appointment to the post of Village Agriculture Assistant pursuant to the Notification No.1/Horti/2019, dated 26.07.2019. 2. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, while considering similarly placed persons, granted liberty to Petitioner(s) therein to approach the concerned authorities and upon such approach, the authorities were directed to consider the Petitioner’s request and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I and II did not dispute the fact that this Court had passed such orders in W.P.No.8770 of 2026, dated 06.04.2026. 4.
