Learned counsel for the appellant, at the outset, submits that the appeal has been rendered infructuous since the impugned order has merged in the final order passed in the temporary injunction application, which has since been allowed in favour of the appellant. 3. Accordingly, FMA 1140 of 2026 is dismissed as infructuous. 4. Consequentially, CAN 1 of 2026 is also disposed of. 5. There will be no order as to costs. 2 6.
