ORAL JUDGMENT
The present appeal is of the year 2017. It is seen that the suit is of the year 2017.
2. This appeal is filed challenging the order passed on IA.No.1 filed under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 read with Section 151 of CPC in O.S.No.1742/2017 by the I Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru.
3. There is no interim order granted by this Court.
Learned counsel for the appellant has not moved his little finger from 2017 to even take steps to the counsel appearing for the respondents before the trial Court. Not bothered to take steps despite three times notice being returned with insufficient address. I do not find any good ground or cogent reason to grant further adjournment. Hence, the appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution. Sd/- (PRADEEP SINGH YERUR) JUDGE
