This writ petition has been filed assailing the action of the respondent Bank under the relevant provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 2. The petitioners are borrowers of the respondent no.1 Bank. The credit facility availed of by the petitioners are allegedly in default. The respondent Bank has initiated action under 2002 Act. 3. The petitioner has expeditious alternative remedy before the relevant Debts Recovery Tribunal under Section 17 of the 2002 Act. 4. The writ petition, therefore, is not entertained. 5.
