Perused the instruction forwarded by the Director of Medical Education and the Chairman of WBMCC as well as the instruction forwarded by the Secretary, National Medical Commission dated 1st April, 2026 wherefrom it appears that the last date of admission in NEET-PG-25 was 28th February, 2026. 2. Even though the petitioner reported for admission to the college on 17th February, 2026 and paid the admissions fees on 19th February, 2026 but as he was unable to produce all the relevant documents required for admission in the course, he could not take admission within the stipulated time period. Page 2 3. In the absence of all the relevant documents, it was not possible for the authority to admit the petitioner. It was the duty of the petitioner to produce all the necessary documents before the authority for taking admission. 4. Today, at such delayed point of time, there is hardly any scope for permitting the petitioner to take admission in the subject course. 5. It will be open for the petitioner to apply for taking refund of the admission fee which he deposited for taking admission. 6. No further relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. 7. Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 8.
