Issue a Writ of Mandamus and/or Certiorari, or any other appropriate Writ, Order, or Direction directing the Respondents, to re- allot the Shop No. 12 in the premises of Gazipur Murga Mandi to the Petitioner, strictly in accordance with the binding Resolution No. 127/2024 unanimously passed by the Executive Committee of the Fish, Poultry & Egg Marketing Committee on 16.10.2024; b. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the Respondents to refund and/or adjust, within a period to be specified by this Hon’ble Court, the entire amount of rent and electricity charges unlawfully and arbitrarily collected from the This is a digitally signed order. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the Respondents to immediately evict all unauthorized persons occupying stalls/canteens in Gazipur Murga Mandi without a valid licence or authority, and to restore such stalls to the rightful licence holders as per the applicable rules, bye-laws, and the binding FP&EMC resolution; d. Pass such other and further orders, writs, or directions as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit, just, and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case, so as to secure complete justice to the Petitioner.” 2. The petitioner seems to have made a representation on 30.03.2026 for re-allotment of stall/ canteen in accordance with the resolution passed by respondent no.3 i.e. Fish Poultry & Egg Marketing Committee 3. Various submissions have been made to justify the said prayer. However, the Court, at this stage, is not inclined to consider all those submissions and instead deems it apposite to direct the competent authority i.e. respondent no.3 herein to consider the petitioner’s pending representation and to pass appropriate orders thereon. 4. Let respondent no.3 to decide the petitioner’s representation and to pass appropriate order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the order passed today. 5. With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition along with the pending application stands disposed of. 6. All rights and contentions of the parties are left open.
