It has been submitted that the service records of the retired teacher has been forwarded to the District Inspector of Schools (SE) for onward transmission to the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance for issuance of Pension Payment Order. Documents in support of the same have been submitted in Court. 3. As it appears that steps have been taken for compliance of the direction passed by the Court, accordingly, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further. 4. The contempt application is, therefore, disposed of upon discharge of the Rule of Contempt issued. 2 5. Personal appearance of Prabhash Kr. Mondal stands dispensed with. 6. Copy of all documents submitted in Court today by the learned advocate representing the contemnors has been handed over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner. 7. It will be open for the petitioner to follow up the matter for issuance of fresh Pension Payment Order. 8. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 9.
