Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was unaware regarding a criminal case pending against him. 2. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 3. I find that this is a case under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and the case was registered in the year 2020. Charge-sheet was submitted in the year 2021. 4. Having regard to the gravity of the offence and the petitioner’s conduct of evading the process of law, I am not inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2 5. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in CRM (A) 2956 of 2026 is dismissed. 6. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the Official website of this Court. 7.
