Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation regarding the contentions made in the present petition before the concerned authority i.e., Secretary State Transport Authority, West Bengal for expeditious decision. 2. Learned counsel for the State submits that upon the representation being made, the Secretary State Transport Authority, West Bengal shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law. 3. In view of the submissions liberty is granted to make a representation. All the contentions are left upon. 2 4.
