Earlier, the petition, filed for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner, stood rejected, vide order dated 13.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28208 of 2025 . 3 . Considering the specific accusation against this petitioner that he along with other co-accused persons brutally assaulted son of informant.
