The present writ petition has been filed with an innocuous prayer that the learned Trial Court be directed to decide the suit for partition, which is pending since 2021, as expeditiously as possible. 2. Heard and perused the material available on record. 3. This Court deems it appropriate to direct the learned Trial Court to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible. In case the suit filed prior to the year 2021 is not pending in that Court and then only the priority shall be given to the present matter; otherwise, no such priority shall be granted. 4.
