The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- “It is humbly prayed the petition of the petitioner be kindly allowed and the learned trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial on day to day basis or conclude the trial within a period of 2 months. Any other order or direction, which your lordships may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, be passed in favour of the humble petitioner and in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 04.01.2023, a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court directed the learned Trial Court to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible. 3. Heard. 4. This Court finds that no fresh order is required to be passed in the present writ petition, in view of the order dated 04.01.2023. Therefore, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
