A perusal of the Minutes shows that the meeting only resolved to constitute a committee to identify appropriate measures for restoring peace and tranquillity in the village. 3. This Court notes that the instant writ petition was filed by the writ petitioner questioning the convening of the meeting on the apprehension that in the said meeting, his removal would be discussed or action taken upon the same. 4.
