We find substance in the contention of the petitioners, as the original application is pending before the Tribunal since the year 2023 and long dates are being fixed in respect of the same. 3. Accordingly, WPLRT 140 of 2026 is disposed of by requesting the Third Bench of the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal to dispose of O.A. 498 of 2023 (LRTT) pending before it as expeditiously as possible, positively by the end of December 2026. 4.
