The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; “Set aside the impugned order dated 14-11-2024 passed by the court of Prl. Civil Judge and JMFC, Virajpete issuing notice to the petitioner to appear before the court in PC No. 209/2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 417, 418, 419, 420, 463, 464, 465, 468 r/w 34 I.P.C., and consequently quash the entire proceeding in P.C. NO.209/2024 including complaint filed by the respondent in the above case in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. A memo dated 10.09.2026 has been filed and signed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, which reads as under; Memo It is submitted as follows; The complaint filed by the respondent before the trial Court is dismissed.
