Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the subject-matter of the present case relates to alleged recovery of 30.650 kgs. of Ganja from the joint possession of the petitioner and another. So far as the weighment is concerned, there are issues regarding the same. Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail. The records of the case reflect that rigours of Section 37 of the NDPS Act are attracted. As such, at this stage, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Memo of Evidence submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 1936 of 2026, is, thus, dismissed. 2 All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
