The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.10993 of 2022, for offence registered under section 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of Indian Penal Code , pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class-IV, at Ranchi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the purchaser of the land which has been allegedly sold through power of attorney holder Rashid Ansari and Mustakim Ansari by impersonation.
4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the case is arising out of complaint case.

Considering that the petitioner is the purchaser of the land in question and one of the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.3881 of 2025, and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as learned court may deem fit and proper.
