Heard Mr. A. Kakati, the learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. J. Kalita, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2/claimant. 2. The office note dated 30.03.2026 shows that the notices issued to the respondent No. 3 have not yet returned. 3. Mr. J. Kalita, the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that he has no objection if the delay in preferring the connected appeal is condoned. 4. Since, the connected appeal is filed by the present applicant on being aggrieved with the quantum of compensation awarded to the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and since, the said respondents are not opposing the prayer for condonation of delay, the notice to respondent No. 3 is hereby waived. 5. I have considered the grounds stated in the Interlocutory Application for the delay in preferring the connected appeal beyond 349 days of the prescribed period of limitation. Page No.# 4/4 6. The said ground appears to be sufficient cause, which prevented the present applicant in approaching this Court by filing the connected appeal within the prescribed period of limitation. Accordingly, the delay of 349 days is hereby condoned and this Interlocutory Application is allowed. 7. The Registry is directed to register the connected MAC Appeal and list the same for admission after a week on a date to be fixed by it. 8. The name of Mr. J.
