The petitioner has preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs :- "10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to peacefully construct her house under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna without restriction. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.2 to take decision over the representation of petitioner dated 28.10.2025 (Annexure P-1). 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.2 to take action against the private 3 respondents over her complaint dated 16.02.2026 (Annexure P- 5). 10.4 That, any appropriate writ, direction or order may also kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, the petitioner is resident of Village Khapari (N), Tahsil Nawagarh, District Bemetara (C.G.) and she has also been selected under the scheme of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yozna (Gramin) in the year 2024-25, and has also granted Awas ID as CH114939948. The petitioner started construction of her house at the place where she was residing as per resolution of Gram Panchayat, but private respondents are creating hindrance, therefore, petitioner filed application dated 28.10.2025 (Annexure P/1) before respondent No.2/Collector, Bemetara to provide her alternative land or place where Geo-tagging has been carried out, but this application has not been decided yet, therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that at this stage this petition may be disposed of directing respondent No.2/Collector, Bemetara to decide her application Annexure P/1 within stipulated period. 3. Learned State counsel has no objection to allow the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady who has been selected under the scheme of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yozna, Awas ID has also been 4 granted to her, therefore, having considered limited prayer of the petitioner without going into merits of the case, this petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2/Collector, Bemetara to decide application dated 28.10.2025 (Annexure P/1) filed by the petitioner as early as possible preferably within ‘30 days’ from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
