2. In view of the order, which is being proposed to be passed today, notices are not being issued to the respondents.
3. The solitary relief claimed in the present writ petition is for a direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.), City, Farrukhabad to decide temporary injunction application 6-C2 filed by the plaintiffs/petitioners in Original Suit No. 531 of 2025 (Udhan Singh and another Vs. District Magistrate, Farrukhabad and others) within time bound period, which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in accordance with law and further during the pendency of the Suit or till the disposal of 6-C2 application, the parties of the case may kindly be directed to maintain status quo with regard to property in question..
4. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending.
5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.), City, Farrukhabad to decide temporary injunction application 6-C2 filed by the plaintiffs/petitioners in Original Suit No. 531 of 2025 (Udhan Singh and another Vs. District Magistrate, Farrukhabad and others), expeditiously, preferably within one year, strictly in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournments, subject to legal impediment.
