In view of the submissions made, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Paschim Midnapore to consider and decide the representation dated 16th July, 2026 after giving all the concerned parties an opportunity of being heard. 2 5. Since the affidavit has not been filed averments made in the petition are not deemed to have been admitted. 6. It is pertinent to mention here, that this court has not gone into the merits of the case and no expression made herein shall tantamount to be an expression on the merits of the case. 7.
