This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 has been filed by the petitioner namely, Dharmendra Rajbhar @ Dharmendra Rajbor @ Mahendra Rajbor, seeking bail in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No.01/2022, arising out of Kheroni P.S. Case No.140/2021 under Section 365 of the IPC read with Section 4 of the POCSO Act, which is pending in the Court of learned Special Judge (POCSO), West Karbi Anglong at Hamren. 3. It is submitted that the petitioner was initially arrested on 31.10.2021 and released on bail on 11.07.2023. Subsequently, however, he was arrested again on 13.07.2025 on the strength of NBWA. Subsequently, the prosecution evidence has been completed and the case is pending for defence evidence. 4. Having regard to the above, the prayer for bail is allowed. 5. Accordingly, it is provided that the petitioner, named above, shall be released on bail of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with 2(two) sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (POCSO), West Karbi Anglong at Hamren, in connection with the aforementioned case. 6. The direction for bail is further subject to the conditions that the accused petitioner – Page No.# 3/3 (1) shall regularly participate in the trial ; and (2) shall not try to influence the witnesses of the case. 7.
