Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that another accused namely, Raghvendra Pratap Singh has been granted bail. Present petitioner is also employed with Indian Air Force. So far as the subject matter of the case is concerned one Deshraj Singh son of Raghvendra Pratap Singh fired at his girlfriend which resulted in registration of the instant case. So far as the present petitioner is concerned petitioner has been implicated on the basis of certain communications made through Whatsapp. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. I have taken into account the period of detention of the petitioner, the employment of the petitioner with the Indian Air Force as well as the locus of the present petitioner in respect of the merits of the case. Having considered the totality of the circumstances I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. 2 Accordingly, petitioner namely, Kuldeep Singh shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only), with two sureties of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, one of whom must be local to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nadia. If on bail, the petitioner shall be physically present on each and every date fixed by the learned trial Court. It would be the discretion of the learned trial Court to impose conditions for the purposes of progress of the trial. Accordingly, CRM (M) 582 of 2026 is allowed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
