POONACHA ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking for the following reliefs, “a) Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, restraining the Respondents, their officers, servants and agents from transferring or otherwise changing Dy.S.P. It is clear and forthcoming that the petitioner seeks for direction to restrain the respondents from changing the investigating officer in Koppal Lokayuktha police station. The petitioner is in no manner connected with any investigation carried out by the Investigating officer. 3. The petitioner seeks to contend that he is a resident of the district and agriculturist by occupation. That investigation carried out by the officer concerned involves private persons with political influence. 4. The grievances as articulated by the petitioner in the present petition are not which are fundamentally required to be entertained and adjudicated by this court in the present writ petition.
